Discover the production process of our products
Cascina San Cassiano is a BRC IFS certificated company.
All raw materials and ingredients come from Italy and
they are strictly selected to guarantee high quality
standard. From the reception of it in our
warehouse,
all raw materials are processed by two days.
Most of our products are made using highest
quality ingredients such as Piedmont IGP Hazelnuts, DOCG
wine – the top, Squared Peppers from Carmagnola,
Red Onions from Tropea, sundried tomatoes from
specific area of South Italy, Balsamic Vinegar.
Another important point is the exclusive use of
raw sugar from Caribbean to prepare sweets. |
